Mint
Corners are sharp with no visible wear, even under close inspection. The card is well-centered (roughly 55/45 or better, front and back). No scratches, print marks, or edge whitening. Original gloss/surface fully intact. Essentially looks as it did the day it was made.
Near Mint
Corners have only the slightest softness, visible only under close inspection or magnification — not noticeable at a glance. Minor off-centering is fine. Surface is clean with no more than negligible wear. No creases of any kind.
Excellent
Corner wear is visible to the naked eye, or there's light whitening on one or more corners. Some edge wear is present. May have very light surface scratches. Card is still perfectly flat — no creases or bends.
Good
Corners and edges show clear, noticeable wear. Surface may have visible scratches or scuffing. A light crease is acceptable at this grade, but the card must still be fully intact — not torn, split, or structurally compromised.
Poor
Heavy wear throughout, noticeable creasing, significant corner or edge damage, writing, stickers, stains, or any structural damage such as bends, tears, or water damage.
